Cancellations and Refund Policy .

Our Courses are Strictly no Refunds and are not transferable within 7 days of your chosen course dates. Failure to turn up on your chosen course date will result in a fee payable of £80 to Our educator to rebook your date , failure to pay this will result in the loss of your course .

Please notify us of illness or sickness or failure to attend as soon as possible so we can notify your educator.

Yes. Our accredited courses are recognised by brands such as The Gel Bottle (UK) and Glossify/ Glitterbels , You can send them your proof of training so you can purchase products to do your case studies. When you receive your accredited certificate you can send it them for a professional account.

Both Sites have free parking close to the salons .

Telford Salon – parking available at Dawley Medical practice.

Shrewsbury salon – Parking located to the front and rear of the building.

No we ask you to just bring yourself, if you have a kit box this will be at the salon waiting for you , if not then you will use our supplies on the day and we will recommend Suppliers so you can start to build your kit .

We ask that you come in comfortable clothing , training days can sometimes be long days , so make sure you have on something comfy and suitable for a salon Environment.

Our kit boxes are non refundable, however if your item is faulty or broken please get in touch with your educator for a replacement.

If anything is missing from your kit box please let us know within a week of your course date .
